Nick Ainis
Founder & CEO
Nick Ainis is the principal of the organization and carries a Bachelor of Technology degree in Architectural Science and Project Management, from Ryerson University. As principal, he has a solid track record for timely completions and excellence in construction and has developed a reputation as one of the industries finest high-rise residential project managers and leaders in construction. During his 20+ years, he has managed many major construction projects under difficult and demanding conditions. He has a strong background in both low rise and high rise multi-unit residential projects with elaborate common area facilities.
As principal, Nick provides support with design and construction related issues as well as overall project management. Nick’s extensive experience with the means and methods of construction contribute in the design development process by comparing Architects’ goals with the realities of the construction industry. Also, Nick has developed very close and unique relationships with our trade personnel which gives us a competitive edge and value. He would be fully involved in the project at all stages.

Jim Ainis
Principal & Vice-President
As the co-founder of Fusioncorp, with a background is in business administration, sales, and marketing, Jim places a high degree of focus on maintaining efficient control over accounting and reporting issues including monthly draws and payments to sub-contractors, and financial reports to owners. Jim maintains amicable union relationships and executing the company’s all-important safety policy, Jim’s efforts ensure ongoing coperate operational and financial stability for Fusioncorp.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Jim directly manages the general contracting division, be it condo refurbishment and restoration, contemporary commercial interiors, or stunning custom homes. Many of these projects operate under a design-build framework and Jim works closely with owners, designers, engineers and architects to synergize the project with owners’ needs, criteria and constraints—from tight schedules and restrictive work sites to all manner of logistic challenges and, most notably, budgetary concerns.

Milan Gavric
Director of Business Development
Milan joined Fusioncorp as Director of Business Development, tasked with growing the construction management and general contracting divisions of the company. Milan has over 10 years of sales experience in the construction industry and holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.

Kieran Garside
Senior Project Director & Operations
Kieran provides strong leadership by working with staff to establish short and long-term goals, plans and strategies. Kieran presides over the entire workforce, managing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated properly and makes sure departments meet their individual goals. He establishes systems and procedures, IT infrastructures, business planning and development and acquires new work in strategic market sectors. Kieran plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs the company's operations and performance.

Abraham El-Sarraf
Senior Project Manager
Abraham joined the Fusioncorp team as a Senior Project Manager; a business professional with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering and 30+ years of experience in the construction industry. Abraham is true leader who has the determination to ensure his projects are on budget and built as scheduled. Abraham has the foresight to determine all the requirements of a successful project. His ability to direct, delegate and coordinate with his team makes his project run smoothly. Abraham is highly knowledgeable and very detailed.

Nima Agish
Chief Estimator & Project Manager
Nima joined the Fusioncorp team leading in estimating and project management; a construction professional with a Master of Architecture and Master of Construction Management and 14+ years of experience in different roles and positions such as Assistant Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager. Nima is engaged on all projects and primarily manages procore project management system software and is well versed in all our construction computer software programs including BIM and bluebeam.
